Deposits & Cancellation Policy

 

Note: Upon booking your appointment a non-refundable fee of $100 will be needed to hold your appointment and will be deducted from the total of your services.

​

Failure to provide more than 72 hours (consider as last minute cancellation) notice of rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required for an additional booking. Last minute cancelation for touch up appointment will result in a $50 fee to reschedule.

 

As everyone's time is valuable, it is important to make it on time to the appointment.  Anyone who is late 15 minutes will be considered a no-show and will have their deposit forfeited.  No exceptions.  This is only fair to everybody and it keeps the scheduling on track.

Please take into consideration possible traffic jams and road closures to ensure timely arrival.
